Hilly Fields, Lewisham

It’s not an everyday city skyline, sometimes a view of the natural landscape can be just as awesome.

This is exactly what dawned on me as I entered Hilly Fields Park.

The arrangement of the lush trees had me in awe!

The view of further forests and fields in the background was breathtaking.

What a beautiful piece of suburbia.

I’m yet to do a proper day out(or morning out rather) in Brockley. I have heard about some of the amazing brunch cafes in and around Brockley which I am excited to indulge in!

Imagine chilling in these fields with a warm pastry on a Saturday morning, stop it!!!!!!

My visit to Hilly Fields reminded me to just enjoy the simplicity of life.

Not always about shiny lights and big bad attractions but sometimes simply being in a bit of greenery can be quite awesome.

If you are ever around the Brockley area or in nearby Lewisham, walk over! Come down and sit here for a breather! Enjoy the tranquillity of this suburban neighbourhood and appreciate the goodness in your life!

Just want to encourage anyone reading this that you are doing well, everything will work out as long as you cling onto a little bit of faith! Keep a fresh perspective, fresh expectations and live in anticipation!
